Matcha Miso Soup Tea Recipe

Ingredients
- Silken tofu, cut into cubes
- Wakame seaweed (You can replace wakame with your fave leafy greens.)
- Bonito flakes
- Soba noodles
- Scallions
- Mushrooms
- Nori
- Sesame oil
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a medium pot, cook soba noodles in lightly salted boiling water al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water, and divide them among 2 bowls. | |
Step 2 | |
In a small pot, combine 3 cups of water with a dash of bonito flakes, silken tofu and wakame and bring to a simmer. | |
Step 3 | |
Remove from heat after 10 minutes, then add 2-3 Perfect Spoonfuls of Matcha Miso and stir. | |
Step 4 | |
Divide soup among the bowls and top with scallions, mushrooms, a sheet of nori and a drizzle of sesame oil. |
