Strawberry Mimosa
Picture this. You're out for a fabulous brunch, munching on pancakes and sipping the world's greatest mimosas. What makes them so great? A shot of Strawberry Colada - a sweet and fruity strawberry-coconut tea.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 5 teaspoons Strawberry Colada
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- sparkling wine (substitute club soda for non-alcoholic version)
Directions

| Steep tea for 5 minutes. Stir in agave nectar and mix until dissolved, then strain. | |

| Fill a medium bowl with ice and pour in tea. | |

| Pour mixture into a pitcher while straining out the ice. | |

| Fill champagne flutes halfway with sparkling wine, then fill the rest of the way with chilled tea. Substitute club soda for a kid-friendly version. | |
