MATCHA GREEN ICING
Green Icing with Matcha Matsu
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp Matcha Matsu tea
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp icing sugar
- ½ tsp water
Directions

QUEEN OF TARTS PINK ICING

Pink Icing with Queen of Tarts
Ingredients
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls Queen of Tarts
- 1 cup near-boiling water
- 1 tbsp + 2½ tsp icing sugar
Directions
Step 1 | |
Steep tea in near-boiling water 4 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and discard tea leaves. | |

In a small bowl, combine icing sugar with ½ tsp of steeped tea and mix well. | |
