Bellini Ice Pop
With fresh peaches, Just Peachy tea and a grown-up hint of Prosecco, these sophisticated ice pops are a summer party must have.
Ingredients
- 8 Perfect Spoonfuls Just Peachy
- 2 cups hot water (96º C)
- 1 cup proseco
- 1/2 cup peach nectar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (or 2 tablespoons of agave)
- 10 thin peach slices
Directions

| Infuse the hot water with the tea for 4 to 7 minutes. Strain and cool to room temperature. | |

| Stir in the proseco, peach nectar and sugar until dissolved. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Divide evenly between ten ice pop molds (1/3 cup each). | |
| Step 4 | |
| Insert a peach slice in each mold with an ice pop stick. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. | |
