Step 1

| Preheat oven to 325°F. |

Step 2

| Brew tea in ½ cup of near-boiling water for 5 min, then strain into measuring cup and set aside. |

| Line a 8”x8”x2” baking pan with foil. |

| Pulse graham crackers in a food processor (or mash them with a rolling pin), then add ¼ cup melted butter and salt and mix well. Transfer mixture into a lined baking pan, pressing firmly into the pan. |

| Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool while you prepare the rest. |

Step 6

| In a bowl, combine sugar, salt, ½ cup of melted butter and ¼ cup of brewed tea and mix until ingredients are well incorporated. |

| Add eggs one at a time, mixing well between additions. Add flour and stir until combined. (Don’t overmix!) |

Step 8

| Pour batter over graham crust. Sprinkle chopped chocolate and marshmallows on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before serving. Makes 16 squares. |
