Blueberry Jam Bubble Tea
Ingredients
- 4 Perfect Spoonfuls of Blueberry Jam tea
- ½ cup hot water
- 1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
- 1-2 tbsp agave syrup to taste
- 2-3 tbsp tapioca pearls (cooked according to package instructions)
- Ice
Directions
Step 1 | |
Brew tea in hot water for 7-10 minutes, then strain into bowl and chill for at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator. | |
Step 2 | |
In a clear 12-16 oz glass, add tapioca pearls, agave and milk. Stir to combine. | |
Step 3 | |
Add ice and pour in brewed tea. Sip with one of those big boba straws! | |

Note: You can find tapioca pearls and boba straws at most Asian markets. |
