Tea-Infused Grapefruit Granita
Ingredients
- 5 Perfect Spoonfuls of Grapefruit Granita tea
- 3 cups of hot water
- ¾ cup of granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Grapefruit zest (optional)
Directions
| Step 1 | |
| Steep tea for 6 minutes in 3 cups of water, then strain into saucepan. | |

| Turn stovetop to medium heat and whisk sugar into the steeped tea until dissolved. | |

| Add salt and simmer for 3-5 minutes. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Pour the mixture into a large, shallow dish and place it in the freezer. After 1 hour, take it out and stir it with a fork. | |
| Step 5 | |
| Put the mixture back in the freezer. Remove and stir every 30 minutes, until frozen. | |
| Step 6 | |
| Serve garnished with fresh grapefruit zest. | |
