Kale Matcha Avocado Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted and chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 Perfect Spoonful of Kale Matcha tea
  • 2-3 tbsp agave nectar or other sweetener

Directions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Divide mixture into an ice pop mold or four small plastic cups and insert a stick into each. Freeze at least 7 hours or overnight until solid. Enjoy!
Step 3
Note: This recipe can also be made with regular matcha in the same ratio OR a flavoured matcha, but only using 1-2 tbsp agave nectar.
