Pineapple Mimosa Cocktail
Ingredients
- 4 Perfect Spoonfuls of Pineapple Mimosa tea
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbs agave
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- juice of 1 lime
- 3 oz vodka or gin
- club soda
- sliced pineapple for garnish
Directions
Step 1 | |
Brew tea for 10 minutes and strain into bowl. Stir in agave until dissolved. Add pineapple and lime juice. | |

Chill in fridge for at least 20 minutes (the longer, the better). | |
Step 3 | |
Once chilled, add 3 oz vodka or gin and stir. | |
Step 4 | |
For each cocktail, measure 3 oz tea mixture into a champagne glass and top with club soda. Garnish with sliced pineapple. Cheers! | |
