Pom Diggety Mimosa
Ingredients
- 2 heaping Perfect Spoonfuls of our Pom Diggety tea
- 2 cups (16oz) water
- 3 tbs sugar, or 1.5 tsp agave syrup to taste
- 2 tbs pomegranate seeds
- champagne, dry sparkling wine or prosecco (club soda for non-alcoholic)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Steep tea for 5-7 minutes then strain. | |
Step 2 | |
Fill a medium bowl with ice and pour in tea. Let chill for about 2 minutes. Then pour into a small pitcher while straining out the ice. | |
Step 3 | |
Fill champagne flutes (or wine glasses) halfway with champagne, dry sparkling wine or prosecco. Then fill the rest of the way with chilled tea, and sprinkle in a few pomegranate seeds. | |
Step 4 | |
Makes about 4-6 mimosas. |
