Raspberry Jam Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • For the Raspberry Jam syrup:
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam tea
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • Per cocktail:
  • 8-10 frozen raspberries
  • ½ oz raspberry jam syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 1½ oz gin
  • club soda/sparkling water
  • ice

Directions

Step 1
Brew tea for 10 minutes and strain into heatproof bowl. Mix in sugar until dissolved. Cover and chill.
Step 2
In a cocktail shaker or glass, muddle raspberries, syrup, lemon juice and gin. Fill a 12 oz glass with ice and pour in mix. Top with soda or sparkling water.
Step 3
Syrup recipe will yield about 24 cocktails total, and will keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks in a well-sealed jar. Can be used for other recipes, or even to top pancakes or waffles!
