For January 2016, we’re turning over a new leaf, with a limited edition collection of delicious new wellness-inspired teas. Starring some fabulous new ingredients, this is one collection you can feel good about. Here’s a look at what’s inside:
Ingredient: Yaupon
Tea: Livewire Lemon
Why aren’t more people talking about yaupon? It’s the energizing herb we’ve all been waiting for. Believe it or not, it’s actually native to North America – and can be found growing wild in Texas, Oklahoma, south Virginia and Florida. With stimulating properties similar to yerba maté and guayusa, yaupon was traditionally brewed into a tea for Native American purification rituals. Ready for a natural high? Try this light and lemony blend of wild-grown yaupon, lemon peel and lemongrass. It might just be a new morning ritual.
Ingredient: Buchu
Tea: Buchu Superfruit
Buchu has been flying under the radar for years, but we’re determined to spread the good word about this smooth-drinking herb. Traditionally used as a detox herbal ingredient in its native South Africa, it has a smooth, black currant-like taste that keeps us coming back for more. This is one detox ritual we could definitely get used to.
Ingredient: Moringa
Tea: Ginger Peach Moringa

And around the world, it’s used for everything from treating joint pain to strengthening the immune system. The best part? It actually tastes amazing.
Ingredient: Turmeric

Turmeric teas have been growing in popularity for years, but we’ve found it difficult to find one we loved the taste of. This bright yellow blend of turmeric and mango is a delicious exception. So, why turmeric? This vivid spice has a variety of uses around the world – from Bengali marriage rituals to dying Hindu monks’ robes their bright yellow colour. And in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine, turmeric is used to soothe upset stomachs. So go ahead, try a cup of this sunny yellow drink.
