Pumpkin Chai Maple Latte

This might just be the greatest pumpkin spice latte recipe we’ve ever tasted. And trust us, we’ve tasted a lot of them. Featuring our seasonal fan favourite Pumpkin Chai black tea, this decadent and uber creamy lactose-free chai latte is the ultimate fall weather indulgence – especially with a sweet drizzle of maple syrup.

Pumpkin Chai Maple Latte

Serves Two 16 oz mugs
Cook time 15 minutes
This might just be the greatest Pumpkin Chai latte recipe we’ve ever tasted. And trust us, we’ve tasted a lot of them.

Ingredients

  • 1 Perfect Spoonful of Pumpkin Chai tea
  • 1½ cups 95°C/200°F water
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup canned* coconut milk
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or to taste

Note

*If using coconut milk from a carton, note that the latte will be thinner in consistency.

Directions

Step 1
Add water, tea and spices to a small saucepan and bring to a slow boil.
Step 2
Lower heat and simmer for 8 min.
Step 3
Add coconut milk, pumpkin puree and maple syrup, and let simmer for another 3-5 min.
Step 4
Strain into 2 mugs and enjoy!
