Mango Punch Tea Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 3oz Mango Fruit Punch concentrate (2 Perfect Spoons of Mango Fruit Punch and ½ cup of water)
  • 1.5oz The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Orange bitter
  • dash Freshly grated ginger
  • Ice

Directions

Step 1
To create the tea concentrate: In a Steeper, steep 2 Perfect Spoons of Mango Fruit Punch and ½ cup of hot water (95 °C | 200 °F) for 10 min.
Step 2
Dispense into a measuring cup and let cool to room temperature.
Step 3
In an old fashioned glass filled with ice, add The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve, Mango Fruit Punch concentrate, lemon juice and freshly grated ginger. Stir with a mixing spoon.
Step 4
Add 2 dashes of orange bitters and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Step 5
