- 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Matcha Matsu
- ½ cup of water
- 2 oz Irish cream liqueur*
- *for an alcohol-free shot use sweetened evaporated milk
Directions

| In a bowl, whisk 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Matcha Matsu and ¼ cup of water. Mix until combined, then add the remaining ¼ cup of water and whisk until foamy. | |

| In a shot glass, add ½ oz of Irish cream liqueur then top with Matcha Matsu. Bottoms up! | |
