mango chai smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 Perfect Spoons of Coco Mango Chai tea
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup freshly cut pineapple
- 2-3 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
- ½ celery stick, veins removed
- ¼ cup cactus leaf cut in squares (optional)
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a steeper add 2 Perfect Spoons of Coco Mango Chai tea and 1 cup 95°C / 200°F water and let steep for 5 minutes. | |
Step 2 | |
Strain into a cup and let cool to room temperature. | |
Step 3 | |
In a blender, add pineapple, parsley, celery, cactus leaf and ¾ cup of cooled tea. Blend until smooth, serve in a glass and enjoy! |
