Featuring our June tea of the month, Grilled Pineapple.
Private: Spiked Pineapple
- 2 Perfect Teaspoons of Grilled Pineapple tea
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 tablespoons agave
- 1oz orange liqueur (Grand Marnier or Triple Sec)
- 4oz pineapple juice
- 2oz silver tequila
- 2oz scotch whisky
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
|Steep tea and chili powder in 2 cups of hot water for 5 minutes, then strain.|
|While hot, stir in agave and orange liqueur.|
|Fill a 1 liter (1 quart) container with ice. Pour tea mixture over ice.|
|Fill four 16oz glasses with ice. To each, add 1 oz pineapple juice, ½ oz silver tequila, and ½ oz scotch whisky.|
|Top with iced pineapple tea mixture and stir.|
