I love the idea of this recipe, Ruby Mule and Raspberry Mojito, but it would be great to have a non-alcoholic option as I do not drink.

Hey Shannon! For an alcohol free version of the Ruby Mule, try substituting gin with more ginger beer. It’s fantastic!

I have tried the Ruby Mule with a double shot of gin… it is delicious!

This looks delicious! What would be an alternative to orange juice, since I’m a diabetic?

Hey Melissa! You might have luck using organic orange juice, or some brands may contain less sugar than others. You might also be able to use orange flavoured water, but that will change the taste of the recipe a little bit.

    Pretty good recipie.

Plan ahead so all your liquids and tea are chilled!!!

Tea is very bulky when using the ‘Perfect Spoon’ and strong when steaped. Would recommend 4 heaping scoops for 2 cups of hot water, or 6 level scoops.

Will drink again, but not regularly.
