Pumpkin Tea Recipes: Pumpkin Oats and Creamy Pumpkin Cocktail

If there’s one thing we like more than pumpkin teas, it’s pumpkin-infused recipes. And to celebrate the launch of our new pumpkin blends, we’ve combined both of these loves into some absolutely delectable drinks and dishes. So gourd!

Spiced Pumpkin Oats

To celebrate the launch of our new pumpkin blends, we’ve created this seriously delicious oatmeal infused with our warming, cinnamon-laced Spiced Pumpkin tea. Mornings have never tasted this gourd.

Spiced Pumpkin Oats

Ingredients

  • sweetener (agave or brown sugar is recommended)
  • 3 Perfect Spoonfuls of Spiced Pumpkin tea
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup instant (1 minute) oats
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs milk
  • dried cranberries (optional)
  • golden raisins (optional)
  • roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1
Steep tea for 7 minutes then strain into small saucepan.
Step 2
Add all ingredients and bring to a slow boil until the oats have cooked through (about a minute).
Step 3
Sweeten as desired and top with dried fruit and seeds.

Pumpkin Cream Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Pumpkin Cheesecake tea
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tsp agave
  • Baileys

Directions

Step 1
Steep tea for 6 minutes and then strain.
Step 2
Stir in agave.
Step 3
Fill rocks glasses with crushed ice and add 3 oz brewed tea and 1.5 oz Irish cream to each.
Step 4
Stir and enjoy!
