Looking to make your brunch extra special this weekend? This sparkling pomegranate mimosa will do just the trick. With a splash of bubbly, our refreshingly sweet Pom Diggety tea and pretty red pomegranate seeds, this is one classy cocktail that starts the day off right.

Pom Diggety Mimosa


  • 2 heaping Perfect Spoonfuls of our Pom Diggety tea
  • 2 cups (16oz) water
  • 3 tbs sugar, or 1.5 tsp agave syrup to taste
  • 2 tbs pomegranate seeds
  • champagne, dry sparkling wine or prosecco (club soda for non-alcoholic)


Step 1
Steep tea for 5-7 minutes then strain.
Step 2
Fill a medium bowl with ice and pour in tea. Let chill for about 2 minutes. Then pour into a small pitcher while straining out the ice.
Step 3
Fill champagne flutes (or wine glasses) halfway with champagne, dry sparkling wine or prosecco. Then fill the rest of the way with chilled tea, and sprinkle in a few pomegranate seeds.
Step 4
Makes about 4-6 mimosas.
