Featuring Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Midsummer Night’s Granita
- 7 Perfect Spoonfuls of Midsummer Night's Dream tea
- 3 cups of hot water
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Mint (optional)
|Steep tea for 6 minutes in 3 cups of water and strain into saucepan.|
|Turn stovetop to medium heat and whisk sugar into the steeped tea until dissolved.|
|Add salt and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.|
|Pour mixture into a large, shallow dish and place in the freezer. After 1 hour, take mixture out of the freezer and stir with a fork.|
|Put mixture back in the freezer. Remove and stir every 30 minutes, until frozen.|
|Serve garnished with mint.|
