Fruity Matcha Chia Pudding 3 Ways
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of your fave fruity matcha
- ¼ cup hot water
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings of your choice
|Whisk matcha in hot water until smooth.|
|In a large bowl, mix yogurt, coconut milk, vanilla, agave, chia seeds and prepared matcha until well combined.|
|Pour mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate covered for 30 minutes or overnight.|
