The Summer Tea Club is back! And we think you’ll love this exclusive summer program for iced tea lovers. As a Frequent Steeper, you’ll receive 20% off loose leaf tea purchases of 100 g/4 oz or more of a single tea all summer long. How sweet is that? Click here for our iced tea suggestions.

How do I join?

First, you’ll need to join our Frequent Steeper loyalty program. If you’re already a member, you’re good to go. If you’re not a member, you can sign up in store or online.

Next, simply purchase an Tea Press, Iced Tea Press or Iced Tea Pitcher Press on or after April 10th, 2018 and you’ll automatically be entered into the program. It’s that easy!

Can I get my discount online?

Absolutely! Your 20% loose leaf tea discount can be applied to both in-store and online purchases.

When does the Summer Tea Club program end?

Our Summer Tea Club program runs from April 10th to July 31st, inclusively. That’s over 16 weeks of sweet, sweet savings!

    I joined the Summer Tea Club/ Frequent Steeper a few weeks ago at the Oakbrook IL location and to this date I have accumulated approx 250 points. Needless to say, DavidsTea is my new obsession and I was a fan of teavana before. All my experiences at each and every DavidsTea store has always been a pleasure. I visited the wicker park location and as recent as yesterday the Rosemont IL location. I picked up a matcha maker and 4oz of the peach matcha, it was great since i was given the 20% off deal. I told my sister about my new purchase and she wanted a matcha maker and 4oz of peach matcha too. I went back to the same location within 20 minutes, purchased the exact same things as I did before. When I got home and checked the receipt I found that there was a 4-5 dollar difference between the two. It turns out, I wasnt given the 20% off the tea the second time around. This upset me since I made sure I gave the sales lady my rewards card to scan in. Whats the purpose of the 20% if giving your rewards card and them scanning it doesnt apply the discount? I would hate to think that I would have to double check my receipts just to make sure each and every time – I shouldnt have to do that. I dont mind when a a mistake is made, were all human but what irks me the most is inconsistency. If I bought the same exact two times (matcha maker and 4oz tea) 20 minutes apart with my rewards card scanned in, my two receipts should total the same! Nonetheless, this location is quite a ways from home so I didnt bother to come back and took it as a loss.

    Hi there,

    I placed an order a while ago and the incorrect address was put on the package (as shown by the tracker) and the package is marked as “delivered” even though it got sent back.

    I have sent several emails over the course of the last week or two as well as called continuously to the customer service and head office line and no one has responded.

    I am part of the Frequent Steeper club and bought an iced tea press on Saturday but the summer tea club discount isn’t applying on my online purchase. so bummed out
