Honey Chamomile Tea Latte Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Perfect Spoons of Calming Chamomile tea
  • ½ cup hot (95°C/200°F) water
  • 1½ cups frothed milk
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • Lavender or chamomile for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1
In a Steeper, add tea and hot water, and steep for 6 min.
Step 2
Strain tea into a 16 oz mug and stir in honey.
Step 3
Top with frothed milk and garnish with lavender or chamomile flowers.
