Ginger Pear Gin &Tea
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls Ginger Pear tea
- ½ cup hot water
- 1 oz gin
- 1 tsp of agave
- soda water
- rosemary sprig
|Steep tea in near-boiling water (95°C) for 4-7 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and discard tea leaves.|
