Ginger Pear Gin & Tea Cocktail

Ginger Pear Gin &Tea

Serves 1


  • 2 Perfect Spoonfuls Ginger Pear tea
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 tsp of agave
  • soda water
  • lemon
  • rosemary sprig
  • ice


Step 1
Steep tea in near-boiling water (95°C) for 4-7 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and discard tea leaves.
Step 2
In an old fashioned glass, add ice, 1 oz of gin and 2 ½ oz of steeped tea and garnish with a rosemary sprig and a slice of lemon.
