Matcha Green Icing
Green Icing with Matcha Matsu
- ¼ tsp Matcha Matsu tea
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp icing sugar
- ½ tsp water
|In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.|
Queen of Tarts Pink Icing
Pink Icing with Queen of Tarts
- 2 Perfect Spoonfuls Queen of Tarts
- 1 cup near-boiling water
- 1 tbsp + 2½ tsp icing sugar
|Steep tea in near-boiling water 4 minutes, then strain into a measuring cup and discard tea leaves.|
|In a small bowl, combine icing sugar with ½ tsp of steeped tea and mix well.|
