Sounds like a great recipe! Doesn’t Blueberry Muffin have hibiscus in it?

Hi Mackenize! It does have hibiscus.

    • DAVIDsTEA September 27, 2017 at 2:43 pm #

Hibiscus curdles with milk, that said, if you add the tea to the recipe like in the instructions no curdling should happen!

Since Blueberry Muffin has hibiscus, won’t the milk curdle? Can almond or coconut milk be substituted?

    • DAVIDsTEA September 27, 2017 at 2:43 pm #

If you add the tea to the mix like the instructions indicate no curdling should happen! You can subsitute with other nut milks if you prefer those.

Why did it say not to use tea with hibiscus?
