Pre-workout3 hydrating teas for your next workout

Training for your first marathon? Or maybe trying out a new spinning class? Sometimes gearing up for a big workout sesh can be a little daunting. Get rid of those butterflies with a caffeine-free iced tea. Apart from staying hydrated, herbal infusions are a great gateway to gaining mental focus and ensuring you stay cool, calm and collected before breaking out a sweat.

Try: Serenity Now

This iceable tisane is packed with soothing ingredients like strawberries, lavender, hibiscus and rosehips to help dial back those pre-workout jitters and get you in the zone.

Plus its jade leaves are packed with mega health benefits. Sip up and get pumped!

Try: Goji Green

This fresh and fruity blend combines lively green tea to give you the kickstart you need with some of nature’s most nutrient-dense superfruits: goji berries. One cup of this invigorating powerhouse is all you need to reignite your engine.

Post-workout

You sweated your heart out, put your muscles through the wringer and worked that Stairmaster like a pro. Nailed it! Now it’s time to give your body the Tea-L-C it deserves. That means winding down and rehydrating with a caffeine-free drink that’ll not only quench your thirst, but also replenish lost minerals and fluids.

I am enjoying some of your teas – one of my favorites is the Strawberry/rhubarb. I love it hot & cold.
Is there any particular tea that is good for inflammation in the body?
Is there any blend that helps with fluid retention?
Are the teas that are on sale – just for online buying or are they in store as well?
